eDrawings® Pro is a professional CAD collaboration application designed for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. It supports the viewing of native SolidWorks® files, eDrawings files, and DraftSight® files. Users can conveniently access configurations, drawing sheets, and exploded views for eDrawings files published from SolidWorks and other compatible CAD software.

eDrawings® Pro offers advanced features such as dynamic cross-section views, measurements, markups, annotations, and the unique ability to share designs via email. The application also integrates Augmented Reality (AR), allowing users to visualize their 3D models at a 1:1 scale in a real-world context using their device’s camera.

With an intuitive user interface, eDrawings® Pro enables dynamic viewing of cross-sections in multiple directions, measurements of distances within designs, and easy creation of various markups including text notes, freehand notations, dimensions, and cross-section views. Marked up eDrawings files can be easily shared for review and collaboration among stakeholders.

The application supports various file formats including 3D (EASM, EPRT, SLDASM, SLDPRT, IGES, IGS, JT, STEP, STP, IFC) and 2D (EDRW, SLDDRW, DWG, DXF) files from different sources such as email attachments, cloud storage services (Dropbox™, SkyDrive®, Google Drive), web and FTP sites, networks, and iTunes® File Sharing. Users can manipulate their CAD data using multi-touch gestures to zoom, pan, rotate in both 2D and 3D views.
